Ships for Sale in Belarus, produce, trend

The Republic of Belarus is a small but significant country located in Eastern Europe, and it has a rich maritime history and culture. Belarus is connected to the Baltic Sea and many of the rivers and lakes in the region are navigable. The naval industry in Belarus is an important source of employment and economic growth, and it has been for centuries. Today, Belarus is home to a number of shipyards, where various types of ships, including passenger vessels, cargo ships, work crafts, and oil tankers, are built and put up for sale.

In the past decade, the number of boats and ships sold in Belarus has increased significantly. According to a report from the Ministry of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Belarus, the number of sales vessels in 2011 reached 28, which is a remarkable number compared to the 18 ships sold in the previous year. Moreover, the number of total vessels sold in 2011 was more than 31,000.

In terms of trends, the majority of vessels sold in Belarus during 2011 were cargo vessels. Tankers and pleasure vessels also saw an increase in sales during the year, but these types of ships still make up a small portion of the total sales. The most popular types of cargo vessel sold from 2011 onward were the medium-size cargo ships, of which the largest were the 'Vostochniy cargo 20' and 'Yugorskliii cargo 18'. Furthermore, the total sales volume increased from 68 million USD in 2010 to 92 million USD in 2011, indicating the growing demand for vessels in Belarus.

In terms of shipyards, the largest and most important shipyard in Belarus is the National Shipbuilding Company. This shipyard is based in Minsk and it produces a wide range of vessels. Other shipyards in the country include the Gomel and Kiev factories, OJSC, and the Minskii shipyards, with the latter being the oldest shipyard in the country, founded in the 1920s.

Overall, it is clear that the shipbuilding industry in Belarus has seen some positive growth over the last decade, driven largely by a strong demand for vessels of all types from both local and international customers. This trend is likely to continue, especially as the economic situation in the country improves and more people are able to afford the cost of a boat or ship. In addition, the steadily increasing investment in shipbuilding technology should lead to higher quality and improved performance from the vessels produced. With this in mind, it is clear that the future of shipbuilding in Belarus looks bright.
